1. Valuations

   • All valuations provided by CarCloud are based on live market data from a recognised national database.
   • Valuations are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by CarCloud in writing.

2. Price Adjustments

   • Final offer prices may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, mileage, condition, service history, specification, and market demand at the time of inspection.
   • CarCloud reserves the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the information provided about the vehicle is inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Vehicle Condition

   • Vehicles must meet the condition described at the time of valuation. Any undisclosed damage, modifications, or mechanical faults may affect the final offer.

4. Ownership & Documentation

   • You must have full legal ownership of the vehicle and be able to provide all required documentation (V5C, MOT, service history, etc.).
   • Vehicles subject to outstanding finance will require settlement before completion of the sale.

5. Right to Withdraw

   • CarCloud reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time prior to purchase without liability.

6. Governing Law

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
